We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center in Amsterdam, Netherlands:

Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg: Next business day for orders before 4 PM

UK & Europe: 5-7 business days

International: 5-12 business days

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Free shipping to Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

You'll see the exact shipping cost before completing your order.

+ Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery in real-time.

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

+ What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for return, items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

+ Who pays for return shipping?

Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to:

• Our error

• Defective product

• Wrong item shipped

For damaged or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs.

+ How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of refund approval.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

+ Can I cancel or modify my order?

Due to our fast order processing, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed.

Shipping begins immediately after your order is confirmed. Once tracking information is sent, no changes can be made.
